Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy S III will be unveiled later in the year and not at this month’s Mobile World Congress.
The internet has been buzzing with rumours about when Sammy's iPhone 4S-killing successor to the Galaxy S II will debut – but the company put us out of our upgrade misery when it confirmed that we won’t be able to get our mitts on a Galaxy S III until around winter 2012.
The company is staying schtum about the phone’s specs but we’re confidently predicting the presence of a top-flight Exynos quad-core processor, 3D compatible Super AMOLED Plus 720p display powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and TouchWiz.
