Top editors team up to look back at a remarkable 14-year journey.

This month we proudly launched our 300th edition of CRN magazine.

We brought back some of the magazine's best editors and writers, together with leading industry veterans, to study what has been a fascinating period in the IT industry.

Current editor David Binning got together with some of the channel's leading consultants to look at how companies need to get better at looking not just to the future, but also the past. His in-depth study covers how companies can stay in the game whilst facing uncharted waters

The recently-departed Nate Cochrane drew an interesting parallel between Michael J Fox's struggle with Parkinson's disease and issues resellers face bringing outside-context problems into the frame.

Sholto Macpherson did what he does best, looking at the advent of the cloud while revisiting key events from the past 14 years.

Byron Connolly went back over the issues that dominated the early 2000's, and how the near-demise of Apple, the April 2000 tech crash and the birth of online sales have impacted the channel.

Digital editor Allie Coyne delivered an untypical 'women in IT' story, speaking to the channel's high-ranking female executives about the ebbs and flows of the channel since 1998

And Helen Frost reaquainted herself with some of the biggest names during her tenure, some of whom were featured in last year's CRN Fast50s. Read on to learn what they had to say.
