Panasonic has announced a gold partner program to help its interactive whiteboard resellers chalk up better sales.
The channel program will provide additional product training, marketing support, co-operative advertising and sales promotions.
The program offers "greater attention" to individual gold partners, with a dedicated business development manager, a Panasonic spokesperson told CRN.
End users will gain access to competitive pricing, qualified interactive whiteboard trainers and special deals.
The gold partner program for Panasonic interactive whiteboard resellers has been running since April, 2012.
Gold partners were selected by Panasonic based on their demonstrated focus within the education market.
There are currently 15 gold partners spread around the country, including BBC Digital Brisbane, BBC Digital Sydney, Melbourne-based IT support company Invotec and ESC Technology in the ACT.
The Panasonic interactive whiteboard range is primarily designed for the education sector. It allows users to write directly onto the touch screen board with a marker pen, with the hand-written data then projected onto a large screen or printed out directly.
