Cellnet has a signed a distribution agreement with Energizer for its Energi To Go suite of rechargeable power packs.
The deal will see Cellnet take the products to the retail and telecommunications market in Australia and exclusively in New Zealand.
Energizer Energi To Go is a range of power packs that can be recharged and re-used for a variety of electronic devices including smart phones, iPhones, netbooks and laptops.
Debbie Firth, sales and marketing manager at Mr Mobile Australia, the local service and warranty partner for Energizer's Energi To Go products, said Cellnet's "expansive distribution reach and strong focus on accessories for mobile electronic devices was a key driver behind the appointment."
"Cellnet's appointment provides it with the necessary penetration into priority markets through the distie's focused sales channels."
"We're expecting a period of rapid growth of this line in its induction stage, particularly leading up to Christmas," she said. "With Cellnet now in the mix we're confident in attracting a number of leading retailers."
The distie has also added Avantalk's Nova car kit to its portfolio for the A/NZ market.
Avantalk's Bluetooth hands-free car kit has a recommended retail price tag of $59.95.
