US-based security vendor Kerio Technologies has opened its first Australian office.
Located in St Leonards in Sydney's north, the office will cater to sales, training and partner seminars. Kerio currently has 300 partners in the country.
The company said it had increased sales and support resources in Australia since 2009 and the office represents “a long-term commitment to Australia”.
Abi Vickram, channel manager for Kerio in Australia said: “We know it is critical to offer direct local support to our reseller channel and the new office will bring an even closer connection to partners."
Kerio will host a partner forum in June which will introduce enhancements to Kerio’s product line.
This year, Kerio has added two products for small business including the Kerio Operator for VoIP and Kerio Workspace, a sharing and collaboration tool.
