Sydney-based ICT consulting and solutions provider Tecala has made two senior account management and client services appointments. </p>
<p>Former BlueCentral customer services manager Frank Boffa (pictured) is the new client services support manager, and David Terzo joins from Oriel Technologies as senior account manager.
