Sice moves to Corporate Express

Industry stalwart Karl Sice has moved from his top slot as general manager at Acronis to become national sales manager of IT solutions at Corporate Express.

Sice has worked in senior roles for more than 20 years across the US, Asia Pacific and A/NZ, including leadership posts with Sun Microsystems and Dell.

DiData reshuffles, names new solutions chief

Dimension Data has announced Neil Campbell (pictured)as its director of solutions, replacing Duncan Brown who served in the role since 2011.Campbell has worked at DiData for 10 years, most recently as its global general manager of security.

The company has also named Darren O'Loughlin as general manager for connectivity and security, and Jason Ha as national manager for security.

Oki Data names new MD

Oki Data veteran Dennie Kazuo Kawahara is the new managing director of the company's Australian arm.

He replaces Takaaki Hagiwara who has returned to work with Oki Data in Japan.

Tecala boosts client services

Sydney-based ICT consulting and solutions provider Tecala has made two senior account management and client services appointments.

Former BlueCentral customer services manager Frank Boffa (pictured) is the new client services support manager, and David Terzo joins from Oriel Technologies as senior account manager.

Meridian builds presence

Meridian Systems has expanded its Asia Pacific presence with the appointment of Chris Petersen as its new Asia Pacific and Japan regional manager.

Petersen has worked at Compuware, OpenText and Salesforce.

Zuora launches into Asia Pacific

Subscription billing and commerce player Zuora has named John Ruthven as vice president for Australia and New Zealand.

Ruthven has more than 20 years' experience in the industry, including 15 years at CA Technologies.

Oxygen breathes new life into CEO role

UXC-owned specialist SAP consultants Oxygen Business Solutions has replaced longstanding CEO Mike Smith with general manager Stuart Dickinson (pictured).

Smith served as CEO since 2002. Dickinson has filled key executives roles for Oxygen since the company's inception in 2001.

Interactive hires two

Interactive Intelligence has beefed up its engineering team, appointing Ray Pipes (pictured) as its new senior systems engineer for A/NZ, and Stephen Irecki as the pre-sales engineer in Sydney.

DC sales team grows

Distribution Central's specialist data storage focused business unit, SAN Systems, has boosted its technical credentials with the appointment of two new sales engineers.

Daniel De Pasquale has joined the Melbourne arm of the team, and Darryl Harrison (pictured) in Brisbane.

Logicalis appoints Ross

Ian Ross is the new strategic solutions director for managed services provider Logicalis. Ross joins from Cisco Australia where he was most recently head of business and market innovation. His 15 year career includes seven years at Nortel.
