Dimension Data Learning Solutions (DDLS) is offering training courses for Unified Communications (UC) in Australia.

DDLS’ relationships with Cisco and Microsoft means it can provide training solutions in five areas covering Core Infrastructure, Call Control, Messaging, Presence and Voicemail.

“IT managers who are contemplating UC as a strategy to improve business efficiency need to consider organisation-wide education and training to gain maximum value from their technology investments,” said David Gage, general manager DDLS.

According to Di-Data, investment in UC infrastructure is expected to grow next year.

It will introduce two new courses to Presence and Voicemail to complete its UC education offering.

These include a dedicated Unity course and Cisco Unified Presence Design and Implementation (PRSDI).

“Our approach to learning gives breadth and scope to any business looking at unified communications,” said Gage.

“We aim to alleviate the pressures UC places on staff and the network through education. No other training provider offers such a range of courses and this places DDLS in a very strong market position,” he added.
