In CRN's latest poll, channel partners were asked how they choose their distributor.
The results show 35 percent of resellers choose their product provider by the quality of services.
While 30 percent of readers stated they didn't care about the size of a distributor, as they preferred to go through a number of partners.
Around 15 percent of readers looked for quality of sales services provided by the distributor.
Other results of the poll show; 10 percent of resellers choose their distributor by its product range; 3 percent look for smaller partners to work with and 2 percent prefer the big guys.
Interestingly enough 6 percent of readers said they bypass distributors and purchase their products straight from the vendor.
