Axway to expand local presence through channel

Nearly one year since its acquisition of messaging security provider Tumbleweed, Axway is on the look out to grow its Australian reseller base.

Stree Naidu VP of APAC for Tumbleweed told CRN Monday during the AusCERT conference in the Gold Coast that Axway is looking to grow its local channel presence and wants to partner with suitable system integrators across Australia.

Particularly, Naidu said that he's looking to partner with resellers in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra and Perth.

"The more products we have with Axway the more we have to look to grow the channel," said Naidu.

"Axway is just realising its potential in Australia," he added.

The software firm which focuses on collaborative business tools, announced that it acquired Tumbleweed in June last year.

Meanwhile, Axway reseller,Content Security praised Axway for its ongoing support and partner programs.

Phil Wurth, director of Content Security told CRN during the conference that Axway's partner program is one of the best.

He particularly liked Axway's focus on marketing and lead generation campaigns.
