Cytrack heads into Distribution Central's Unity Systems business unit.

Nick Milan, managing director of CyTrack, a local developer of business communications software told CRN, this was a milestone for the company.

"Our partnership with Distribution Central will offer resellers a solution set that unifies voice, data and business intelligence," he said.

"We develop call centre, unified communications and business intelligence products.

"We are the glue that holds things together between telephony and data."

Distribution Central's specialist business unit Unity Systems will take CyTrack's solutions to market with a full suite of reseller support services.

Nick Verykios, sales and marketing director at Distribution Central said CyTrack play in big part in integrating voice technology with data technology to provide business benefits and efficiencies.

"Our reseller support services include pre-sales technical support, post-sales field support configuration, renewal and asset management, training and education programs and channel marketing programs," he said.

"This new partnership with CyTrack will complement our existing voice portfolio and extend our offering."

Distribution Cenral's Unity Systems has been established to supply resellers with unified communications products, support services and regular income streams.

Headquartered in Sydney, it also has a branch office in Melbourne and other offices in Brisbane and Perth.
