The team has staff from the acquisitions of KAZ and Supply Chain Consulting.

Mike Foster (pictured), has been appointed as group executive director of sales and business development for Australia and New Zealand.

Based in North Sydney, he will be responsible for driving business strategy at the enterprise level and the transition with recent acquisitions.

Foster joined the Fujitsu team through the merger with KAZ, where he was CEO.

"I am very excited to be joining the team at Fujitsu as we have a vast amount of opportunities, on a scale unlike any other business in Australia at present," he said.

"I am looking forward to working with the local team to maintain our local presence while utilising our global capabilities.

"We have very strong business opportunities at present and we will remain focused on delivering value to our clients. Our recent big wins in the industry are just a start of our exciting times ahead, as Fujitsu continues to grow with strength in delivering customer excellence."

As KAZ CEO, Foster directed the Telstra Service Solutions. He joined the Telstra Corporation in March 2000 as the managing director, Telstra Business & Government Sales.

Prior to his nine years at Telstra, he was MD A/NZ for EMC as well as the MD of NCR Australia.

He also spent a year with AT&T Global Information Solutions (NCR) as the company's Pacific Group Large Systems marketing manager, in California.

The other hires are Ian Hodge group executive director of Enterprise Solutions A/NZ and Michael Blake group executive director of Federal Government for Fujitsu Australia.

Hodge will oversee the operations and management of Fujitsu's SAP practice, which has become the largest in South East Asia, comprising more than 500 SAP practitioners.

Blake will drive the Fujitsu offerings with the Federal Government.
