For VoIP.

Telecommunications wholesaler Telcoinabox has signed a reseller agreement with VoIP provider Engin in response to the results of a franchisee survey.

From April, Telcoinabox's 110 service providers will have access to white-label VoIP and hosted PBX services from Engin.

Telcoinabox chief executive Paul Line said the deal was Telcoinabox’s “most important yet”.

“Our service providers are now equipped to offer the small and medium enterprise (SME) market with an internationally-recognised platform for VoIP services," he said.

The deal followed Telcoinabox’s internal survey which found over 90 percent of its franchisees felt the time was right to go to market with these products, Line said.

The VoIP platform product is based on Broadsoft with hardware and Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) from Cisco, Netcomm and Polycom.
