Brisbane-based service provider sells for $2.7m.

Logicalis has acquired rival service provider Corpnet for just under $3 million.

Brisbane-based Corpnet is EMC’s largest storage vendor and also holds accreditation with data centre vendors Cisco, Hitachi, VMware and Commvault.

The company’s main offerings include storage, virtualisation, IaaS, back-up and DRaaS. Logicalis CEO Ian Cook said Corpnet’s product suite complemented Logicalis’ managed services business.

The acquisition forms part of the global solution provider’s push into the Australian market.
