Voice service provider, ISPhone Australasia has signed an agreement with CallTime Solutions, to bring its Microsoft-based VoIP call centre product under ISPhone’s portfolio.
Dubbed the ‘Marketing Alliance Partnership’, ISPhone will now offer CallTime's AnyContact and AnyMedia to customers. CallTime, a specialist in multi-media IP based contact centre and IP telephony products, will provide integration and support to ISPhone’s customers.
Robert Hayden, chief operating officer, ISPhone said VoIP was an important technology for call centres and large enterprises with satellite offices or outlets distributed across the country.
Hayden said that with the new product offering, ISPhone could now cater to call centres based on Microsoft's Great Plains platform.
