CRN Poll: Vendors over saturate the market with resellers

Results of a CRN online poll reveal that resellers are concerned by the number of partners their vendors are signing up.

Finding the right channel balance is always a challenge for vendors, but it seems the majority of them are getting it wrong.

The CRN Online poll found that 55 percent of respondents voting that vendors are suffocating their margins and only 6 percent stating that vendors’ channel management is good. The remaining 39 percent believe it depends on the vendor partners.

Vendors are always quick to highlight their dedication to managing their partners successfully, however it seems most are falling short on their intended promises.

If you have an opinion on the poll results or comments to make around your vendor partners, feel free to email CRN at editors@crn.com.au.
