fortinet new zealand office
Following a year of solid growth, Fortinet has announced the expansion of its operations into New Zealand with the opening of a new office in Auckland.
Charles Cote, regional director for Fortinet Australia and New Zealand said strong demand in New Zealand for unified threat management products has necessitated the company’s investment in a strong local presence.
Fortinet also announced the appointment of a New Zealand country manager, Clive Levido. He joins after leaving his post as the client director for enterprise sales at Gen-I New Zealand.
Levido will be responsible for both business development and managing the daily operations of the New Zealand territory as well as working with Fortinet’s New Zealand channel partners.
“Clive has a remarkable understanding of the local challenges and an impressive track record in account management. We believe that he will be successful in building the local operations and channel relationships that will enable us to expand our business in New Zealand,” Cote said.
In late November,
Fortinet expanded its Melbourne team
by appointing a southern region sales manager, Andrew Dunkin who is responsible for business development in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia, as well as managing the daily activities of these regions.
