PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Conditions of entry:
Respondents to the complete profiling questionnaire will be entered free of charge into the prize draw. Respondents must be professionals in the IT reseller community.

Start and closing date and time for receipt of entries:
The survey is open from 11th April 2008. The close date for the prize draw is Friday 20th June at 5pm.

Details of prize and their value:
Navman S80 In-Car Navigator retail value $500.

The place, date and time of the draw:
The draw will take place at Haymarket Media Pty Ltd 52 Victoria St McMahons Point Sydney, NSW 2060 at 5pm on Friday 20th June 2008.

How prize winners will be notified:
The winner will be notified by email on Monday 23rd June 2008. Postal details will be requested and the prize will be posted, registered, to the nominated address within 48 hours of notification.

The method for claiming prizes:
There is no requirement for the prize to be collected, the prize will be delivered to the winner.
Should the prize not be claimed in the circumstances of the email or delivery address being incorrect, additional attempts will be made to re-contact the winner by other means. If however these are unsuccessful, the prize will be redrawn by the same method. Should the prize be unclaimed by 23rd September 2008, a new draw will take place on 24th September 2008 to pick a replacement winner.
Prize is not redeemable for cash.

How the results will be published:
The prize draw result will be published on Monday 23rd June 2008, on www.crn.com.au
