Microsoft enables digital transformation for the era of an intelligent cloud and an intelligent edge. Its mission is to empower every person and every organisation on the planet to achieve more. As we pursue our mission, we also recognise our enormous responsibility to ensure the technology we build benefits everyone on the planet, including the planet itself. Our customers see this urgent need and are looking to us—in partnership with them—to take action. We’re committed to working across the public and private sectors to foster partnerships and solutions that will have lasting impact and redefine what “achieve more” means for the world.
The Microsoft Partner Network is our entry point—a portfolio of resources, programs, and offers for any company that wants to partner with Microsoft. The Microsoft partner website and Partner Center provide a personalised digital experience that helps all partners find their next great opportunity for innovation, growth, and engagement. Partner Center is a central hub that demonstrates the business value of partnering with Microsoft, streamlining a number of processes to make it easier for partners manage their relationship with us. The heart of connecting partners with customers is the commercial marketplace, which offers thousands of customer-facing transactable services and applications built and delivered by our partners. These two primary components of the partner experience enable our ecosystem to co-develop, co-market, and co-sell solutions to customers through an interactive engagement.

It’s a straight-forward process to become a Partner. Firstly, Partners need to sign up to the Microsoft Partner network. Once they become a member of the Partner network, they have access to a standard baseline of benefits such as training, practice-building guidance, and sales and marketing resources. Then, depending on their business needs and goals, they can consider a Microsoft Action Pack, silver or gold competency, advanced specialisation, or the Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP) program. For example, if a Partner wanted to specialise in Azure Cloud services, there is pathway for them that includes support, access to resources, skills and certification, advanced specialisation, and go-to-market services.
We’re committed to investing in and delivering what partners need to innovate, to grow their businesses, and to deliver on the promise of digital transformation for customers across organisations and industries.Microsoft Learn simplifies and centralises training and development offerings so partners can easily strengthen their skills, explore new technologies and market opportunities, and track progress toward completing industry-recognised Microsoft certifications and individual task modules.Partners also have more options to differentiate themselves with new competencies, and advanced specialisations.
