JCurve Solutions shares insights on CRM
Stephen Canning

What ERP or CRM brands do you supply?

JCurve is the small business partner for NetSuite in Australia and New Zealand.

When did your company first get involved in this area?

In June 2009, JCurve signed an agreement with NetSuite for an exclusive SME version.

What are your credentials in this area?

We have 30-plus members in our NetSuite team, including sales and marketing, certified professional services consultants and customer support agents.

Heard about any cool developments lately?

I have been hearing the terms disruption and omni-channel increasingly over the past 18 months. For our customers this means looking to technology to stay ahead of the competition and offering customers a united experience at every step of a multi-channel, multi-location business – from e-commerce and order management to marketing, financials and support.

Can you tell us about a recent ERP or CRM deployment?

We have some awesome customer-facing brands like Australian success story Emma & Toms, which is growing at 30 percent year-on-year, with 50 delivery vans on the road and four warehouses across Australia to keep up with customer demand.

What is driving customers’ ERP and CRM projects?

Businesses that have outgrown their systems and processes have become inefficient, meaning they cannot scale without adding costs.

ERP and CRM are...?

ERP is still a fairly unknown term in the small to medium business space.
