What ERP or CRM brands do you supply?

We are a Microsoft partner for Dynamics AX, NAV and CRM. By working closely with Microsoft and through our considerable intellectual property in industry verticals, we service the local government, age and disability and retail industries.

1997

What are your credentials in this area?

We are a Microsoft gold-certified partner, a Microsoft retail partner and a Microsoft direct cloud solution provider.

Heard about any cool developments lately?

The cloud and the immersion of the internet of things into ERP systems have both come of age.

Can you tell us about a recent ERP or CRM deployment?

Through close collaboration with Microsoft, we have recently delivered CouncilFirst Online. This is a true SaaS local government solution built on Microsoft Dynamics. The benefits of CouncilFirst include lower cost of ownership, use of the latest technologies and powerful executive and compliance reporting.

What is driving customers’ ERP and CRM projects?

A number of factors are driving customers’ ERP projects. These include the risk represented by customers’ existing solutions, the emergence of cloud-based ERP solutions and the ability to leverage innovation to achieve greater efficiencies and reduce costs.
