Crayon’s Cloud-iQ Platform now available in APAC

The upgraded Cloud-iQ platform simplifies license management and delivers intelligent growth capabilities for partners, reflecting a significant technology investment and sets a new standard for partner support across the region.

Crayon’s upgraded Cloud-iQ platform experience is now available across APAC. The new platform consolidates Crayon’s partner operations under one global platform, moving away from the previous versions of Cloud-iQ and PRISM systems.

Designed to future-proof cloud procurement, the upgraded Cloud-iQ platform also simplifies license management and delivers intelligent growth capabilities for partners, reflecting a significant technology investment and sets a new standard for partner support across the region.

According to Rhonda Robati, EVP APAC at Crayon, a lot of investment was poured into the development of Cloud-iQ to provide partners with a simpler, smarter way to procure licensing. This in turn, enables partners to focus on their business rather than licensing operations.

“Every feature we’ve built is grounded in the belief that technology should support people, not the other way around .” Said Robati.

Taking a deeper look at the upgraded Cloud-iQ, the platform consolidates license management, billing automation, and actionable intelligence under a single pane of glass. Designed to handle the complexity of multi-vendor, multi-market cloud environments, it offers automated provisioning and billing to reduce friction and improve accuracy as well as has powerful dashboards and commercial insights to uncover growth opportunities.

The platform also provides an e asy multi-currency, tax-compliant infrastructure for seamless regional operations and enables scalability to support partners across APAC markets as they grow.

Given that Cloud-iQ’s roadmap was shaped through extensive collaboration with partners across the globe, including direct input from the APAC channel, it is clearly a platform that reflects real business needs.

For Robati, as Crayon has listened closely to partners in developing Cloud-iQ’s roadmap, it brings together everything they’ve asked for. This includes the best of PRISM and the previous versions of the Cloud-iQ platform, and better visibility, less complexity, and tools that genuinely support their growth.

“It’s one of the most important investments we’ve made in the past few years .” Added Robati.
