AI and automation company Nintex has launched its new partner program aiming to equip their partners in the new age of AI.

According to the company, the Nintex partner program is designed to empower partners to grow their business, deliver greater value to customers, and capitalise on the rising demand for intelligent process automation and AI-powered business orchestration.

The new program brings an enhanced partner experience, a modernised portal, education and support to help partners build industry-specific solutions, and a refreshed incentives model to unlock greater opportunity and mutual long-term success.

Brian Kuettel, global head of partner strategy and sales at Nintex told CRN Australia they knew they needed to reinvent their partner program so that they can equip their partners to best meet the needs of their mutual customers.

“We have three core goals for our partner program, help our current partners reach their full potential with Nintex. Improve we engage and consistently engage existing partners, and Leverage the program as a tool to recruit new partners,” he said.

Nintex’s partner ecosystem spans resellers, system integrators, managed service providers, technology partners, and ISVs.

The new program is designed with all partners and partner types in mind, Kuettel said.

“The new program provides clarity around tiering and incentives to ensure partners can drive revenue with Nintex,” he said.

“But it also provides other benefits that, in turn, help partners maximise their investment with us. From a modernised, digital-first portal with access to sales, training, marketing, and more to improved partner support and access to educational content, we’ve enhanced the tools partners have to drive growth with Nintex.”

Kuettel said partner feedback is at the core of the new program – and will continue to be as they iterate the program moving forward.

“In fact, we had the opportunity earlier this year to give a subset of engaged partners a preview of the new program design,” he explained.

“The partner cohort represented all partner types from all regions and the feedback we received was universally positive.

“We’ve heard our partners loud and clear, and have invested in a program that aims to meet them where their needs are today, while also creating a foundation that we can scale from.”

New appointment

With the launch of the new partner program comes the appointment of Brian Kuettel as global head of partner strategy and sales at the company.

In this role, Kuettel will lead the company’s global partner organisation, driving strategic alignment, go-to-market acceleration, and long-term growth with channel and technology partners around the world.

Speaking on this new role, Kuettel told CRN Australia they already have a strong channel footprint across Australia and New Zealand and are looking to deepen their relationships here.

“The channel remains a critical lynchpin in our ability to expand our customer footprint and enable our existing customers to realize more value through,” he said.

“We are also looking to expand our footprint across AUS/NZ to help our customers expand.”

As they look at how the industry is changing and the needs of businesses are changing, Kuettel said there is a clear opportunity for Nintex and its partners to deliver more value to Australian customers by equipping them with more capabilities from their platform.

“We want to be the platform that customers can use to not only understand their processes, but also orchestrate work and build custom solutions that allow them to maximize efficiency at scale. The opportunity here is vast,” he ended.
