Adactin hires Avinash Peter as its new CFO
This hire comes as the solution provider continues its growth throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Solution provider Adactin has appointed Avinash Peter as its new CFO as the company continues its growth within the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Sydney, Peter will be responsible for further developing a best-in-class finance function to support Adactin’s ongoing company growth.
According to the company, he will focus on operational excellence and internal controls.
Peter has more than 16 years of financial management and leadership experience within the tech sector, working at global IT multinational company, Civica.
Most recently, Peter was the finance director for Civica ANZ and Civica Singapore, a position he held for more than six years.
During this time, he led new system implementations, developed pricing and business transformation strategies, established partnerships with global consulting companies for tax and auditing, and facilitated three private equity sales.
Navneesh Garg, CEO at Adactin told CRN Australia Peter aims to strengthen Adactin with proven expertise in transforming operations, improving commercial nuances and strong financial leadership to deliver high growth and profitability.
“His experience in driving margin uplift, pricing improvement, governance excellence, and operational excellence will ensure Adactin continues to grow sustainably while unlocking strong shareholder value,” he said.

Garg said Peter’s experience in converting traditional delivery models into scalable business structures, strengthening revenue, profitability and valuation will be “critical” for the next phase of accelerated growth for Adactin.
