Cloud company Nutanix has released its Nutanix partner central, a platform aimed to help partners make better decisions and drive growth.

The new platform has been built with four pillars in mind, profitability, product, long term commitment and trust.

Jelaine Doncaster, head of channel sales ANZ, Nutanix told CRN Australia that the new platform is designed to simplify and modernise how partners engage with Nutanix.

“Providing a single, intelligence-driven platform to help enable partners to sell faster, operate more efficiently, and grow profitably,” she said.

For Australian partners, Doncaster said the platform can provide “better collaboration” with the local Australian Nutanix team.

“With clearer visibility into opportunities, incentives, and performance, enabling partners to accelerate deals, improve margins, and collaborate more seamlessly with Nutanix,” she said.

Doncaster explained how Australian partners can make money off the new platform.

“By giving partners real-time access to sales, rebates, deal registration status, incentive data for closed opportunities, and projected incentives for open opportunities, Partner Central enables partners to capture more value from every deal and identify new opportunities for growth and services,” she said.

Later this calendar year, Doncaster noted that Nutanix will be adding marketing insights to Partner Central.

“It uses AI and machine learning to help partners make more money by turning data-driven intelligence into action – identifying which deals to accelerate, which new accounts to engage, and which existing customers to expand – each with one-click access to ready-to-execute campaign,” she explained.

Partners were consulted on the building of the platform, Doncaster said.

“We were pleased to have a select group of partners’ input in the design phase that heavily influenced the direction, and we were pleased to have early access partners that used the platform a few weeks before it was fully released, so it can meet real partner needs from day one,” she said.

Doncaster said partner central marks an “important milestone” in Nutanix's channel-first strategy and will continue to evolve with new AI-driven capabilities and ongoing partner feedback.

“Partners can expect to see renewals and marketing insights later this year, and a lot more capabilities in 2026 that can help them grow their Nutanix business,” she ended.
