Hat Distribution has signed a distribution deal with NinjaOne in Australia and New Zealand to continue to build out its IT monitoring, asset management and cyber portfolio.

Through this partnership, Hat said it will work closely with channel partners to demonstrate the value of NinjaOne’s solution helping them simplify endpoint management, enhance cybersecurity, and improve operational efficiency across diverse IT environments.

Josh Gammer, general manager at Hat Distribution said they have been intentional in building a portfolio that plays to their strengths in IT monitoring, asset management, and cybersecurity.

“NinjaOne is a natural fit — its automated endpoint management platform complements our existing offerings and allows us to provide partners with a solution that’s fast to deploy, simple to manage, and powerful in outcome,” he said.

“We saw a clear opportunity to bring a high-growth, partner-focused vendor that aligns with how we go to market.”

Gammer said NinjaOne enables their partners and customers to gain “full control” over their endpoint environments.

“It simplifies patch management, improves endpoint hygiene, and automates routine IT tasks — all from a single pane of glass. This translates directly into improved operational efficiency, stronger cybersecurity posture, and measurable time savings for already-stretched IT teams,” he explained.

Joe Lohmeier, VP of Channel Sales at NinjaOne said, "Hat will be able to help organisations automate IT tasks to increase efficiency, improve productivity by consolidating technology stacks and saving time on simple tasks, and achieve greater resilience by reducing security risks.”

From their conversations with partners, Gammer said it’s clear that many are looking for a reliable, easy-to-use solution that can be deployed quickly and supports long-term recurring revenue.

“NinjaOne delivers on all fronts. It helps our partners drive stickier customer engagements, reduce overhead in service delivery, and offer more strategic value in IT operations and security,” he said.

In the market, Gammer said they are seeing growing demand across ANZ for unified IT management solutions that reduce complexity and improve security without heavy lift.

“NinjaOne meets that demand head-on. We’re excited to partner with a vendor that’s not only growing rapidly globally but also truly committed to the channel and partner success.” he ended.
