Leader to exclusively distribute Ubiquiti’s new channel partner program

New partner program to bring new services and benefits to enhance partner performance.

Networking company Ubiquiti has selected Leader as the exclusive distributor for its new UniFi channel partner program.

According to Ubiquiti, this new program will help partners increase margins, give them exclusive product access, professional support and provide access to expert training.

The new program also includes the launch of new services available now including UI Care and UI Pro Support available to all channel partners with partner-grade replacement support for qualifying devices as well as access to 24/y expert site-support engineers.

Ben Klason, director of enterprise at Leader told CRN Australia what they are hoping to achieve with this exclusive partnership.

“To deliver peace of mind, value and increased margins to MSP's that are looking for an Enterprise level solution from UniFi,” he said.

“These new programs, products and benefits open the door to large enterprises, government, and education opportunities.”

Klason explained how this new partner program benefits Leader’s partners.

“[It gives] them deal-reg process, increased margins, support, service, training - and peace of mind through UI Care solution, that meets or exceeds the expectations of corporate customers,” he said.

Klason believes the UniFi partner program will bring more partners to Leader.

“Many partners who work with traditional networking solution vendors, will now be able to unlock the same service levels, support and margin on deals with the UI Partner Program,” he explained.

Craig Wojtala, senior associate, strategy for Ubiquiti said this program is designed to reflect that same standard, delivering a true vendor and reseller partnership.
