Tech Data’s new digital platform, TDHub has launched in Australia in a move to help bring innovation to its partners and drive greater sales.

TDHub provides a digital experience that consolidates key post-sales functions, such as invoice access, shipment tracking, and order status - into a single interface.

Tech Data said its platform empowers its partners to manage transactions more efficiently, while enhancing communication and responsiveness.

Some of the features of the hub include, a unified dashboard with real-time insights, automated alerts, scalable tools and AI product recommendations.

Robbie Upcroft, country general manager ANZ at Tech Data said TDHub was built to empower their partners in Australia and New Zealand with a centralised, always-on digital platform that simplifies access to tools, resources, and insights.

“It’s about making it easier for partners to do business and accelerate their growth,” he explained.

"Our goal is to create a single destination where partners can seamlessly manage everything - from tracking orders and accessing invoices to overseeing account receivables and leveraging AI-powered sales insights.

“It’s all about helping them operate more efficiently and focus on growing their business."

The TDHub has been in development for several months in preparation for the ANZ launch, according to Charbel Achmar, customer success manager, Tech Data ANZ.

He said it has been shaped by ongoing feedback from Tech Data’s partners and its commitment to delivering a more seamless and intuitive digital experience.

“We’ve taken the time to ensure it delivers real value from day one, with a roadmap for continuous innovation,” he said.

“TDHub was successfully launched in India in October 2024 and in Vietnam in April 2025. The next phase of the rollout will include Singapore and Malaysia later this year, with more countries planned in 2026.”

Achmar said TDHub streamlines the partner experience by bringing together key tools and insights in one place.

“It’s designed to reduce friction and free up time so partners can focus on what matters most: their customers,” he said.

"TDHub is designed for all our partners across Australia and New Zealand, whether they’re small resellers or large enterprise-focused solution providers. It’s built to scale with their needs."

Achmar explained how this will boost partners’ revenues.

“By simplifying operations, improving access to tools, and offering real-time insights, TDHub helps partners unlock new opportunities and drive revenue growth more effectively,” he noted.

"TDHub will continue to evolve based on partner feedback, with new features and enhancements already in the pipeline. It’s part of our long-term commitment to delivering value and innovation to our partner ecosystem.”

TDHub is also available in India and Vietnam and will be progressively rolled out across additional APJ markets soon.
