Digital workplace platform TeamViewer has launched its new MSP partner program to help their partners build on their existing investments.

According to TeamViewer, the new program was co-designed between TeamViewer and MSPs.

The company said the new program gives MSPs a new tiered structure, where the program is engineered to reduce barriers to entry, provide commercial transparency, and deliver tools that help MSPs drive customer value and operational excellence.

In addition, TeamViewer has created a dedicated MSP advisory council to ensure the program continues to develop with MSPs.

Speaking to CRN Australia, Greg Gyves, global MSP director at TeamViewer said they launched the program because they already have a broad MSP footprint — from thousands of local and national providers to the largest regional and global players.

“Our investment in the MSP partner motion is about helping those partners build on their existing investment and standardise further on TeamViewer as they expand their digital workplace services,” he said.

At the same time, Gyves said TeamViewer sees a "significant gap” in the market for MSP programs.

“Few technology vendors provide a truly service-centric partner framework that puts the MSP’s service offering at the heart of the engagement model,” he explained.

Gyves explained how Aussie MSPs will benefit from this new program.

“They gain access to dedicated MSP-focused resources, an enhanced level of support, and invitations to leverage the TeamViewer multi-tenant remote support platform designed for managing distributed IT environments across many customers,” he said.

“This is paired with the MSP pricebook, which delivers scalable, transparent, commitment-based commercials.”

According to Gyves, the program gives MSPs a clear path to monetisation by combining a structured service enablement framework, transparent commercials, and TeamViewer’s technology.

“This not only enables them to create and scale managed services with predictable margins but also drives operational efficiency, a key factor in long-term profitability,” he said.

“Together, these elements help MSPs unlock recurring revenue streams and expand into adjacent opportunities such as security, AI, digital employee experience, and IoT.”

Through this new program, Gyves said the company’s goal is to make TeamViewer the go-to platform for digital workplace MSPs, enabling them to better define, package, and monetise their service offerings.

“At the same time, we want to deepen partner loyalty through co-development, advisory input, and continuous improvement via the MSP advisory council,” he added.

Partners including Unisys and CyberPlus are among the first official users of the MSP program.
