Anomali unveils new MSSP program to streamline security operations

New program consolidates threat intelligence and analytics into single, unified multi-tenant platform for partners.

Anomali has launched a new partner program, designed to give MSSPs access to centralised management of threat intelligence and security analytics dashboards.

The program is built on Anomali’s IT and security platform and targets a common pain-point for MSSPs — having to switch between multiple consoles and rule sets to support different clients.

By enabling partners to manage multiple customer environments in a single view, it removes the time and complexity MSSPs face managing separate security tools and dashboards for each client.

Anomali operates exclusively through its partners and the program is designed to help them acquire new customers, grow existing client footprints and reduce overheads.

“This includes a clear and repeatable engagement model, incentives that drive increased revenue and profitability through higher margins and new revenue streams for product and services,” Alexandre Depret-Bixio, senior vice president international (EMEA & APJ) at Anomali said.

The program was initiated in collaboration with Anomali’s Partner Council, which “highlighted three key attributes to make it successful: simplicity, flexibility and ease of access to vendor support,” Depret-Bixio said.

Supporting local partners with data residency provisions

Multi-tenant management and data residency are major challenges for Australian partners, making it difficult for them to balance operational efficiency with regulatory compliance, Depret-Bixio explained.

Multi-tenancy reduces costs and simplified maintenance for service providers, but it also introduces complexity.

“Partners must ensure strict data isolation and consistent performance while adhering to local data residency requirements, all within a shared infrastructure,” he said.

Anomali aims to solve this by combining multi-tenancy with federated search and a fully open data lake.

“Federated search has become a critical capability, enabling unified, real-time visibility across multiple data sources and customer environments,” he said.

Data remains in customer- or MSSP-controlled storage, ensuring platform independence and compatibility across the security ecosystem.

It also allows queries of more than seven years of “hot storage” data to support long-term visibility and compliance.

“This eliminates delays associated with retrieving data from cold storage and helps avoid the operational costs and security gaps that can arise from slower, archived systems,” he added.

Agentic AI is integrated into the platform, with Anomali Copilot working across multi-tenant environments to enrich alerts, prioritise threats and surface contextual insights for each client.

The availability of data allows security analysts to query petabytes of information without context, in seconds, instead of hours and days.

“Partners will spend less time dealing with noise, and more time focusing on their customers critical issues,” he ended.
