Partner+ and Impartner sign deal to integrate PRM services
Aim to empower APAC businesses to build stronger partner programs.
Partner relationship management provider Partner+ has signed a new deal with Impartner to integrate and combine services to help MSPs and customers collaborate better.
This partnership will see the integration of Impartner’s PRM platform and Partner Marketing Automation solutions, with Partner+’s expertise in rewards, incentive programs, channel marketing, onboarding, MDF management, training & certification, and analytics.
According to Partner+, the alliance is designed to empower businesses in the APAC region to build stronger, more scalable partner programs and accelerate channel-driven revenue growth.
Caleb Harry, partner at Partner+ told CRN Australia they saw a “clear opportunity” to merge their strengths.
“Together, we provide a complete, end-to-end solution for businesses in Australia and the region,” he said.
“By partnering we’re making it easier for organisations to engage partners, simplify operations, and accelerate channel-driven growth.
“Our goal is to give businesses across APAC access to all-in-one PRM partner ecosystem along with local program management expertise to achieve high-performing partner programs that can scale and grow.”
Harry said Australian partners will benefit from a solution that blends best-in-class technology with hands-on local support.
“This means faster onboarding, stronger enablement, simplified fund and incentive management, and clear ROI reporting,” he said.
“It gives Australian businesses the confidence that their partner programs are not only world-class with the latest technology but also tailored to the unique dynamics of the local market."
Harry said the Australian channel is evolving quickly, with partners expecting seamless digital experiences, clear incentive structures, and data-driven insights.
“We’ve recognised a big opportunity to help businesses meet these expectations with a custom built all-in-one platform, modular and flexible options, to strengthen engagement, and drive faster growth,” he explained.
Harry added that this partnership is “more than technology”.
“It’s about building sustainable, growth-focused partner ecosystems,” he said.
“We’re committed to helping organisations launch, manage, and continuously optimise their programs so they can scale with confidence in an ever-changing market."
