Kaseya product VP on the company’s acceleration
Gray Knowlton also discusses with CRN Australia how the Inky acquisition will impact Kaseya.
As Kaseya recently acquired email security platform, Inky, it now has acceleration in its sights according to Gray Knowlton, executive VP product, Kaseya.
Speaking to CRN Australia, said for the next 12 months, his primary goal is acceleration.
"We've laid out a powerful vision for an integrated, AI-driven platform, and now it's all about execution,” he said.
“With our CEO Rania Succar's experience and knowledge, we are laser-focused on accelerating our innovation pipeline.”
Knowlton said this means delivering on “deep, meaningful integrations” they previewed at Kaseya Connect APAC 2025.
“We will move our digital workforce platform from a preview to a delivered reality, providing measurable productivity gains for technicians,” he said.
“My goal is that 12 months from now, our partners will be managing more endpoints, with less effort, and at a higher profit margin, all from that single pane of glass.”
In October, Kaseya acquired Inky, to expand its cyber defences on the platform. Knowlton discusses the acquisition, saying it was a “critical, and strategic move”.
“Email remains the number one threat vector, and our MSP partners need a best-in-class, integrated solution to protect their clients,” he explained.
“Inky's AI-powered platform stops sophisticated phishing and impersonation attacks. But the real magic for our partners is the integration. When you connect Inky's alerts to our PSA and RMM workflows, an MSP can manage, bill, and remediate email threats from the same unified ecosystem they use for everything else.
“It’s a perfect example of our strategy of finding the best technology, and then integrating it making it more powerful and efficient for our partners to deploy.”
Message to partners
Speaking to partners, Knowlton said Kaseya is “listening”.
“We know you are facing intense pressure on margins and that the complexity of managing multiple vendors is a major pain point,” he explained.
“Your goals for automation, comprehensive security management, unified backup, integrated billing, and so many others are best met with a unified, integrated suite of products. This is how Kaseya helps you.”
He explained his commitment to MSPs is to provide the world's most comprehensive, integrated, and AI-powered platform.
“We're proving that commitment not just with new products, but also with policy, like our decision to end 'high watermark' pricing. We are all-in on your success and are focused on being the best partner you have, not just another vendor,” he ended.
