Logicalis awarded Microsoft Frontier Partner status
Joins elite group of partners with recognition of Microsoft advanced capabilities across Copilot, data and AI.
Logicalis has gained Microsoft Frontier Partner status alongside its Microsoft Copilot specialisation. It recognises partners with the capabilities to assess readiness, secure deployments, guide adoption and extend Copilot through Copilot Studio and agents.
Lisa Fortey, general manager, Logicalis Australia said it reflects the sustained investment the business has made across its people, capabilities and customer outcomes. Logicalis holds 12 Microsoft Advanced Specialisations, Azure Expert MSP status and Microsoft Copilot specialisation.
"It’s awarded to partners with advanced expertise in delivering enterprise AI solutions using Microsoft cloud and AI technologies,” Fortey said.
“It strengthens Logicalis’ relationship with Microsoft and provides deeper alignment with Microsoft field teams, enhanced co-sell opportunities, access to strategic programmes and greater opportunity to collaborate on marketplace-led customer initiatives,” she added.
For partners, Fortey said, it provides more opportunities to work across the Microsoft ecosystem where there are complementary strengths.
“That collaboration can help accelerate customer outcomes, particularly where organisations need strategy, implementation, governance, security and ongoing managed services support,” she said.
Logicalis joins elite group of partners
Logicalis joins an elite group of local partners with Microsoft Frontier Partner status, which incudes Dicker Data, Ingram Micro and TD Synnex with the recognition.
Fortey believes it’s positive to see the broader Microsoft ecosystem investing in AI capability because it reflects the momentum we are seeing across the market.
While distributors are critical to enabling the channel, Logicalis works directly with organisations to design, implement, secure and manage enterprise AI solutions.
“Our strength is in helping customers move from pilots and isolated use cases to governed, enterprise-wide adoption,” she said.
AI adoption at a turning point
Fortey said AI adoption is at a turning point, with organisations no longer deciding whether to adopt AI. “It’s understanding how to do it securely, responsibly and with measurable impact,” she said.
“The conversation has shifted from curiosity about AI to practical implementation, governance and measurable outcomes,” she added.
Across Australia and New Zealand, Logicalis is finding organisations are seeking practical ways to lift productivity, improve customer experiences and simplify operations through AI, while maintaining strong governance, security and trust.
“Frontier Partner status gives customers and partners confidence that Logicalis has Microsoft-validated capability to support that journey,” she said.
As AI becomes embedded across workflows, operations and customer engagement, Logicalis wants to be that trusted advisor across technology, governance, security, change management and ongoing optimisation.
“We see this recognition as another step in strengthening our partnership with Microsoft and helping customers turn AI ambition into measurable business outcomes,” she added.
