SuperIT heads Stateside, expands offering to US MSPs
The Aussie-based MSP-focused AI platform is seeing increased demand from overseas partners.
Australian-based AI startup SuperIT is expanding its offering to US clients as it sees increased demand from Stateside MSPs.
SuperIT builds AI agents that investigate, troubleshoot and resolve end-user IT incidents and service requests.
Speaking to CRN Australia, Christopher Sale, CEO and co-founder said, “North America is clearly our largest market, and we want to enter as early as possible in our company's lifecycle.”
For now, Sale and his team don’t have a specific number of MSPs they want to target in the North American market.
“Our mission is to give every MSP and IT team the tools to increase their customers' impact on the world,” he said.
To accomplish that, SuperIT is releasing an unlimited ticket triage and AI credits in their free tier.
“We want to give all IT teams a simple, secure way to start using these tools and prove their value before scaling,” Sale noted.
For his US clients, Sale said SuperIT wants to make it as simple as possible for any MSP to adopt agentic IT support, removing as many points of friction as possible.
“Our goal is to educate and enable North American MSPs to take advantage of this opportunity,” he said.
“[To] provide a product in the market that MSPs can sign up for, have their first AI agent running in about 60 seconds, and connect their ticketing platform within the first hour - all without a sales call or demo.
“We want this powerful technology to be more accessible and easier to adopt.”
Sale deeply understands the MSP market, running a managed service provider, Enee, himself for more than 10 years.
“Running an MSP is hard,” he stated.
“IT service providers often start with great customer service and IT delivery at small volumes, but scaling five-star service through teams of technicians is difficult. Consistency, timeliness and quality all get harder as you grow, and I lived that.”
Sale said they had been experimenting with software internally for years to try and tackle this issue.
“When Enee was acquired by First Focus (now Integris) in 2024, I knew I wanted to dedicate the next decade to this problem. As a software developer, I could see the potential in AI agents, and I had a unique perspective on how to apply them to service delivery,” he said.
“That was the genesis of SuperIT and our Digital Twin and AI-powered RMM endpoint agent. Most AI in IT support stops at triage or predefined workflows. We built SuperIT to safely investigate and resolve unfamiliar issues - the key to truly scaling IT service.”
He added, “Seeing the vision come to life, and our product having a large positive impact on our partners’ service delivery every day, drives me to keep bringing this to the world of IT services.”
Recently, SuperIT raised $2.5 million pre-seed round in December 2026 from Hustle Fund, Antler, CoVentures, Top Down Ventures, angel investors, and MSP owners and industry experts.
Sale said there is no further funding announcements at the moment.
The company plans to open a dedicated US team in the first quarter of 2027.
