The inaugural Women of the Channel Australia list is here!
The 2026 Women of the Channel (WOTC) Australia list shines a light on the Australian women in the channel that are making strides within the industry.
From partners to vendors and distributors, the WOTC list gives a moment to celebrate the hard work that each individual woman on the list is making in their field.
In this unranked list, you will get the opportunity to read how each entrant has changed the game in the Aussie IT channel.
Some have created education programs from scratch, some have been the sole reason for business growth in recognisable global organisations and others have built successful partner programs.
Every woman in this list had made and will most likely continue to make a difference in their organisations.
You will read about women from every facet of the channel too, from CEOs and managing directors to partner leaders and marketing directors, we give them their moment in the sun to spotlight their influence and insight.
Jacquie Rives, senior director, Women of the Channel community and programs at The Channel Company said what she loves most about the Women of the Channel Australia list is that it focuses on the remarkable women who are driving innovation, growth, and transformation across the channel ecosystem.
“It's a celebration of impact in all its forms, from partner leaders and marketers to executives, founders, and community builders,” she said.
“The list recognises not only achievements, but also the dedication, resilience, and leadership that often happens behind the scenes. Most importantly, it creates visibility for role models who can inspire the next generation of women entering our industry."
Rives explained that when we elevate the stories and accomplishments of women in the channel, we help create a more inclusive and representative industry.
“The list highlights the diverse talent shaping the future of technology and gives women the visibility they deserve among peers, partners, and customers,” she said.
“It also sends a powerful message that leadership comes in many forms and that the contributions of women across the channel are critical to the success of our industry."
Athina Mallis, editor at CRN Australia explained how important this list is to the channel.
“This list is a love letter to the women of the Aussie IT channel,” she said.
“It brings a light on some of the talented, ambitious, diligent women in the channel. We get to see what keeps them up and night and what they’ve been working on in the behind the scenes.”
For those who are interested in joining the WOTC community, Rives said getting involved starts with showing up and connecting.
“We encourage women across the Australian channel to engage with Women of the Channel through our events, leadership programs, recognition initiatives, online community, and content opportunities,” she said.
“Whether you're an established executive or an emerging leader, there is a place for you in the community. The best way to benefit from WOTC is to participate, share your experiences, learn from others, and build meaningful relationships that support both personal and professional growth."
