Iron Mountain selects Dominic Del Giudice as ANZ MD
Del Giudice has more than 25 years of experience across consulting and technology businesses.
Enterprise information management platform Iron Mountain has hired Dominic Del Guidice as its new ANZ managing director where he will lead the company’s local strategy.
In this role he will focus on deepening customer and partner relationships as the company continues on its growth journey.
Del Giudice has more than 25 years of experience spanning management consulting, technology services, and business transformation.
He has worked at global organisations including Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, IBM, and Mindtree.
In the first year of his role, Del Giudice said his priority is to listen to customers, partners and employees.
“To understand what's working well and where we can create even more value,” he explained.
“From there, I want to build on Iron Mountain's strong foundations by strengthening customer and partner relationships, accelerating commercial growth and ensuring we're helping organisations take advantage of new opportunities around AI, digital transformation, and information management.”
He noted that the Australian IT channel is navigating a “new period of rapid change”.
“Customers are under pressure to modernise, adopt AI responsibly, strengthen cybersecurity, and manage increasingly complex data environments, all while controlling costs and delivering measurable business outcomes,” he said.
“For partners, that means continually evolving their capabilities and demonstrating value beyond technology implementation. The pace of change I’ve seen is significant, but it's also creating opportunities for those that can combine trusted advice with practical execution.”
Del Giudice noted that Australian organisations are looking for partners who can help them turn information into a strategic asset rather than simply manage infrastructure.
“As AI adoption accelerates, businesses need trusted partners to help them prepare, govern, and unlock the value of their data,” he explained.
“Iron Mountain has a unique role to play in that journey, working alongside our ecosystem partners to deliver solutions that help customers improve resilience, compliance, efficiency, and innovation.”
Del Guidice said he is “excited” to join the team at an “important time” for both the company and broader market.
“Australia and New Zealand have incredibly innovative organisations that embrace digital transformation, and I believe Iron Mountain is well positioned to help them succeed,” he said.
“I'm looking forward to working closely with our customers, partners and employees to build on the company's strong foundation, support their ambitions and drive the next chapter of growth across the region.”
