Neil Morarji, new RVP APAC at N-able on his new role and opportunities in the market
For Morarji, this role comes at the perfect time.
Neil Morarji has recently stepped into the role of regional vice president in APAC at N-able where he will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider region.
Speaking to CRN Australia, he discusses his new role and the opportunities he sees in the market.
Morarji explained he has spent his career at the intersection of channel, cloud and cybersecurity.
“N-able sits right at the centre of that today,” he said.
“The managed services market is evolving, with MSPs shifting from IT providers to business resilience partners, and N-able is well positioned to support that transformation.
Having worked across vendor, distribution and marketplace environments, I’ve seen how powerful the right combination of technology and partner ecosystem can be, and N-able brings both together.
He added, “With strong investment in APAC and a growing partner community, the opportunity to lead that next phase of growth was a natural fit.”
As RVP APAC, he will be responsible for expanding relationships with existing MSP partners, growing into new segments such as resellers and the mid-market, and building high-performing teams across the region.
“A key part of the role is ensuring regional priorities align with N-able’s global strategy while adapting to local market needs across APAC,” he said.
For Morarji, he said what stands out to him is the “timing”.
“I’m also excited by the company’s focus on innovation, particularly in AI and automation, which is helping MSPs scale more efficiently and deliver stronger outcomes for their customers,” he said.
In the first year, Morarji will be focusing on three areas.
“First, strengthening our existing partner base by helping them expand across cybersecurity, data protection and endpoint management.
Second, extending our reach into high-growth markets across Southeast Asia and India, while continuing to grow in Australia and New Zealand.
“Third, building a strong regional culture with teams that are focused on partner success and long-term growth.”
Morarji has a message for his existing partners, “thank you and a commitment to continue investing in your growth”.
“We are focused on helping you expand your offerings, improve margins and adapt to shifts such as AI and cybersecurity demand,” he said.
“For partners not yet working with N-able, I would encourage a closer look at how our platform supports long-term resilience. The market is evolving quickly, and those who build security and data protection into their core offering will be best positioned.”
Opportunities for N-Able
Looking to the APAC market, Morarji calls the opportunity in this region “significant”.
“[There is] strong growth in managed services driven by cybersecurity, compliance, cloud and AI,” he said.
However, he noted that at the same time, challenges remain, particularly around customer acquisition, talent shortages and navigating a diverse set of markets with varying maturity and regulations.
“Our approach is to help partners address this by enabling them to scale more efficiently through automation, stronger security capabilities and a unified platform,” he said.
Morarji said he is “proud” to be joining N-able at a time when the company is “evolving into a global cybersecurity and business resilience provider”.
“That shift reflects what’s happening across the broader MSP industry.
“For me, this role brings together my experience across the channel and the APAC market, and I’m focused on building strong partnerships and driving meaningful growth across the region,” he ended.
