NextDC hires Jodi Pearce in new alliance director role to continue partner-led growth
Pearce brings more than 15 years’ of experience in enterprise technology sales and partner development.
NextDC has appointed Jodi Pearce as its first alliance director as it continues its mission to enable partner-led growth.
In this new role, she will lead the company’s alliance strategy focusing on AI partnerships and customer-centric go-to-market motions.
According to NextDC, this includes building a comprehensive ecosystem around its NVIDIA DGX-Ready data centres and AI-capable infrastructure, enabling partners to support customers as they scale AI adoption with confidence.
Pearce has more than 15 years’ experience in enterprise technology sales and partner development, with deep expertise across cloud infrastructure, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
Enterprise AI outcomes rely on multiple partners working together, according to Pearce, from OEMs and integrators to critical infrastructure.
“My role is to align these organisations through a strong alliance strategy,” she told CRN Australia.
“By connecting NextDC’s future-ready infrastructure with partner expertise, we can build an ecosystem that helps customers adopt and scale AI with confidence and clear business outcomes.”
Pearce noted that the AI opportunity is “massive” and it's transforming every industry at a rapid pace.
“The challenges are varied but often link to complexity, as many organisations face fragmented solutions and limited end-to-end AI expertise,” she said.
“Customers are looking for trusted partners who can simplify progression and align technology investment with strategic outcomes. A well-orchestrated ecosystem reduces risk, accelerates deployment, drives a competitive advantage and delivers integrated AI solutions at scale.”
Pearce called AI an ecosystem capability rather than a standalone product.
“It is driving the channel towards deeper collaboration and outcome-based engagement and the Partners that succeed will be those who effectively collaborate, combining infrastructure, platforms, and expertise to deliver integrated solutions for customers,” she added.
Prior to NextDC, Pearce was the distributed cloud sales lead ANZ at Google.
