TSP Advisory expands, adds Nathan Hutchinson as COO
This comes after TSP hired Ryan “Fuzzy” Spillane as its new chief commercial officer.
The TSP Advisory has hired Nathan Hutchinson as its new chief operating officer as the company continues to expand its footing in the country.
In this role, he will support partners in key areas including operating model design, service desk maturity, commercial discipline, and leadership capability.
Recently, TSP hired Ryan “Fuzzy” Spillane as its chief commercial officer.
Speaking to CRN Australia, James Davis, chief strategy officers said Hutchinson brings his “real life experience of service and delivery management, leadership”.
“His most recent executive position of COO at a tech partner alongside his years of experience doing operational coaching which will help tech partners navigate their practices to mature, optimise and operate more profitably,” he said.
According to Davis, Hutchinson is undertaking two core responsibilities in the organisation.
“He will be engaging directly with partners as an operating/leadership partner and as a fractional COO, while internally he is being responsible for building out our own scalable operations as we continue to grow,” he said.
For Davis, he said the most important thing is delivering on their mission to elevate the industry and see tech partners achieve better outcomes for themselves, for their teams and for their clients.
“Hutchinson brings great experience and insight that will be shared via our socials, in person events and in direct engagements, so partners are going to get even more quality thought leadership that is delivered pragmatically with practical next actions that they can take,” he added.
TSP is currently expanding the internal team with a content manager and senior financial analyst.
Davis said, “We will continue to grow the Advisory and Fractional Leadership team to enable Tech Partners greater access to experienced talent in the region.
“Which in turn is going to give experienced leaders a place to go instead of having to take the risk of starting up their own firms and be in a team environment to share ideas and personally grow.”
