V2 AI continues growth trajectory, hires several key leaders
The AI consultancy has hired a new managing director, partner and director.
AI consultancy V2 AI has gone on another hiring spree selecting a new managing director, partner and director.
These three hires come as the company has experienced nearly 100 percent revenue growth in 2025.
V2 AI has selected Hannah Williams as its managing director; Peter Burns as partner and Michael Ewald as director.
Williams told CRN Australia that 2026 will be about “scaling with intent at pace to meet customer demand”.
“After achieving close to 100 percent revenue growth in 2025, we are entering a scale-up phase. Growth alone is not the strategy. Capability density, delivery excellence, and customer impact are,” she said.
Their plan centres on embedding AI-driven delivery models into everything they do, Williams noted.
“Expanding our architecture, agentic AI, and data platform capabilities, productising repeatable IP into scalable offerings, strengthening strategic ecosystem partnerships and maintaining a relentless customer-first mindset,” she said.
“We are building an AI-native transformation partner designed for the next era of enterprise AI.”
Williams said she is “excited” to join a business with a high-performance culture of talented, autonomous individuals aligned to a customer-first approach.
“As we grow, my focus is on staying true to the business we’ve built, hiring top talent, fostering a mindset for innovation and collaboration, and empowering our teams to make an impact,” she said.
“For our clients, the goal is clear: enable enhanced customer experiences, streamline operations, and deploy agentic teams alongside their people so decisions are smarter, faster, and data-driven.”
While V2 AI has hired three people in February, it added two execs to its team last month and according to Williams its headcount expected to grow by 110 percent this year to support surging customer demand for AI expertise.
For Ewald, the new director at V2 AI, explained why he decided to join the consultancy.
"The opportunity to solve complex industry specific challenges for a raft of household brands alongside a renowned team of experts who are truly making waves in the AI space,” he said.
“While AI is a clear game-changer, its successful deployment hinges on foundational readiness, specifically addressing data quality, robust governance, and internal AI literacy.”
Burns, the new partner hire at V2 AI noted that technical proficiency is secondary to a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s commercial landscape.
“My focus is on ensuring every technical solution is directly aligned with core business drivers,” he said.
“Consultancies play a critical role in filling the "last-mile" gap between deploying high-level technology and realising tangible business outcomes. Our mission at V2 AI is to deliver AI integration that goes beyond mere implementation to focus on value realisation.”
