Synnex Australia will now distribute Cygnett power, protection and connectivity products after signing a new distribution partnership.

The partnership provides Synnex's network of resellers, MSPs and systems integrators with access to Cygnett's ecosystem of technology accessories. The arrangement will support partners through product availability, sales enablement, local project support and channel engagement initiatives.

“By bringing Cygnett into our portfolio, we're giving partners access to a trusted Australian brand that complements their device opportunities, helping them simplify procurement, increase attach opportunities and deliver more complete customer solutions,” said Mayank Manchanda, business unit manager, Synnex Australia.

Synnex is seeing a growing demand for accessories that complement device deployments and support productivity, mobility and connectivity.

“As customers increasingly seek complete technology solutions, accessories have become a more important consideration during the purchasing process,” Manchanda said.

“This is particularly evident across hybrid work, education, mobility and large-scale business deployments, where customers expect the right accessories to be included upfront as part of the overall solution,” he added.

Synnex is finding that chargers, power banks, docking stations and protective accessories are increasingly considered essential components of device deployments and represents a strong opportunity for MSPs and resellers.

“Integrating these products upfront enables partners to deliver a more seamless end-user experience, simplify procurement and increase both attach rates and project profitability,” said Manchanda.

A structured reseller pricing framework is being introduced to support the launch of the Cygnett portfolio. This includes tiered pricing aligned to volume and opportunity size, with deal registration and approved project pricing available for larger opportunities.

Launch initiatives will also be implemented to encourage early partner engagement and support market momentum.

“For resellers, this presents an opportunity to move beyond a device-only sale and deliver more comprehensive solutions that enhance the customer experience, increase attach rates and overall basket value, while also supporting stronger margin outcomes,” Manchanda told CRN Australia.

Looking ahead, Synnex plans to evaluate additional promotional programs, bundled offerings and partner incentives that create value for both partners and customers while supporting growth of the category.
