OutSystems launches Elevate partner program for the agentic era

Web development platform OutSystems has rebooted its partner program, Elevate, modernised for the agentic era.

This redesigned program is not a one-sized-fits-all approach, it has been tailored to foster partner growth.

Speaking to CRN Australia, Mark Weaser, VP, APAC at OutSystems explained that the company’s partners needed a more “agile, performance-driven framework”.

“Our program is a global system that rewards technical expertise and high-impact innovation, focusing on driving partner growth, recognising broad contributions, and positioning the ecosystem for AI-first innovation,” he noted.

This new program introduces a performance-driven scorecard that rewards partners for financial contributions and technical expertise.

The points-based system is spread across four pillars, financial contribution, knowledge, customer satisfaction, and program track.

“Through Elevate, partners are rewarded for helping customers build and scale AI-powered applications on the OutSystems platform, creating new opportunities for partners to grow their business,” Weaser explained.

“This earned-level system aligns incentives with expertise and high-quality outcomes, while profitability remains a core pillar, creating diverse revenue opportunities and supporting long-term ecosystem growth.

“The program provides a clear roadmap for partners to scale their own businesses, deliver proven ROI, and maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly shifting digital landscape.”

Observing how AI has impacted the partner ecosystem, Weaser told CRN that in Australia, as around the globe, AI has increased expectations around speed and results.

“Customers want to do more with less and see working outcomes quickly, not just proofs of concept. For partners, this means enabling faster innovation while ensuring solutions remain secure, scalable, and ready for real enterprise use,” he said.
