Over the last 12 months, Everpure ANZ has made a switch from focusing on mid-market customers to enterprise customers.

To get this right, they’ve focused on enabling their partners even more.

Speaking at the Everpure Accelerate 2026 event in Melbourne, Altay Ayyuce, area VP, ANZ at Everpure said the shift is not only happening in Australia and New Zealand, but overseas.

“We made a conscious decision some 12 months ago that I was going to focus on the enterprise segment, which the big financial institutions, the critical infrastructures, government,” he explained.

“This year will be the first year where that market segment, our enterprise business, and our public sector business will overtake our commercial business.”

Ayyuce added, “It's a significant change in our in our history in terms of the business in Australia and New Zealand, it's something that we need to continue to grow.

“It's an area that we continue to make investments, and we'll continue to see the growth we're seeing over the next two, three years.”

To do this, Everpure is going deeper with fewer partners, Ayyuce noted.

“We made a very conscious decision 12 months ago that we were going to reduce our focus partners,” he said.

“We've come down to our core set of focus partners, and if you have a look at where a lot of that enterprise growth is coming from, it's those focus partners.

“We're really doubling down on our focus partners, and so we've got about three or four key focus partners that operate at that top enterprise end.”

Everpure also has three or four partners in ANZ that operate in the mid commercial market. Ayyuce said the company is investing in enablement for partners.

“Number one is enablement, but the programs that we have around the partner programs,” he said.

“When I speak to all the partners, they continuously say this: we have the best partner programs in the industry at the moment in terms of incentives, backing rebates, the certification enablement that we put in place, and because we've reduced that focus, it allows us to really go deep into those partners.”

The company is also enabling partners through a dashboard for partner intelligence.

Matthew Oostveen, APJ CTO at Everpure said one of the things we've done is open up a dashboard for partner intelligence, and it enables these focus partners.

“[Partners are] able to get insights as to where an Everpure customer is on a particular journey,” he said.

“How long is it before a particular service that they've subscribed to expires? When is particular product portfolio going to go end of life, and we want to give them greater amount of detail and insight through this dashboarding technology, which is tapped into what we call Pure1.”

Oostveen noted that Pure1 is an intelligence service that gives Everpure telemetry data on the arrays they have around the planet.

“We give partners access to that,” he said.

“With greater amount of data and information, they're able to plan accordingly and much earlier in their engagement. We find that the partners that use this technology are between 45 and 55 percent more successful and increase their share of wallet.”
