Cisco to add Commvault to reseller price list by October

Commvault is the latest addition to Cisco’s SolutionsPlus Program, with the data management vendor set to make an appearance on the networking giant’s global price list in October.

The deal aims to expand the reach of Commvault's solutions and to push for the wider adoption of hybrid cloud strategies.

“Customers across the globe can acquire and deploy Commvault’s solution to meet their individual unique needs,” a Commvault spokesperson said.

“Whether customers are refreshing infrastructure with new UCS servers, transitioning to hyperconverged infrastructure with HyperFlex, or designing a converged system with performance-optimized FlashStack or Flexpod, the Commvault Data Platform is available to deliver proven enterprise-class data protection and management.”

Cisco resellers will be able to provide Commvault solutions in a unified stack as part of Cisco’s data centre portfolio.

Cisco also recently announced the addition of Veeam in the October price list, following a two-year partnership between the two companies.
