Correct Solutions has acquired fellow Sydney IT provider Saturn Alliance, bringing in about 45 new customers.
Saturn Alliance is a three-person operation based in Lane Cove, providing personalised and strategic IT support. Owner Doug Wilson was looking to take some time away from the business for health reasons and wanted to build up its client base.
“We’ve long known the owner of Saturn Alliance and being able to take over for him and continue his own legacy of service is really important to us,” Correct Solutions managing director Ryan Spillane said.
Wilson will join Correct Solutions to support its existing customers, along with Saturn staffer Ben Williams. As well as new staff, Correct Solutions will gain technical expertise with a range of new vendors, such as Office 365, Sophos, Zultys phone systems and cloud backup offerings.
“I am really excited to be joining the Correct Solutions team as an active consultative partner and happy they will look after our clients in a similar way to us, I know they will be in good hands," Wilson said.
This marks the second acquisition for Correct Solutions this year, following its merger with another managed IT provider, Analitix, in March. That merger brought three staff, who moved into Correct Solutions' office in Castle Hill, and 120 new customers.
“The added knowledge and expertise we’re receiving from their team, combined with the added value that came with our recent merger with Analitix is truly invaluable," Spillane said.
"The Correct Solutions team is truly equipped and prepared to set and exceed industry standards for Sydney business owners.”
