Dicker Data adds performance monitoring vendor Sinefa

Australian digital experience and performance monitoring software vendor Sinefa has named Dicker Data as its newest and first "traditional" Australian distributor.

Founded in Melbourne and headquartered in San Francisco, Sinefa’s flagship product is its modular cloud-based network monitoring platform that provides insights and information to help identify and resolve network issues.

”We help enterprises understand the digital experience of all their applications and all their users no matter where they are,” Sinefa founder Chris Siakos said.

“We bring the whole digital experience journey for SaaS applications like Office 365 onto a single dashboard and help IT fix performance issues with speed and precision.”

Sinefa’s platform analyses user, network, traffic, application, and cloud activity and turn them into insights to help pinpoint and remediate issues. Customers can also benchmark their application performance and user experience against others through Sinefa’s Collective Intelligence feature to help identify areas of improvement where needed.

The vendor currently works with rhipe.

Partnering with Dicker Data is hoped to help assist partners and customers to boost turnkey digital transformation projects on Sinefa's platform.

Dicker Data will also offer existing Sinefa partners a streamlined transaction process.

Sinefa's Siakos added that its telco-centric partnerships have proven “very successful” globally as telcos are at the core of enterprise connectivity. These are very exciting times for networking, security, cloud, SaaS and the underlying infrastructure,” he said.

“We have a large number of partners who are wholly responsible for networking and connectivity for thousands of Australian businesses. Sinefa will provide these partners with unprecedented visibility into their networks, ultimately enabling them to deliver an unencumbered digital experience to their end-users,” Dicker Data general manager for services and IoT Jason Hall said.

“Our recent recognition as Telstra’s Enterprise Distributor of the Year is testament to our
capabilities in this segment and we’re confident our partners will greatly benefit from our new partnership with Sinefa.”
