Network security group Fortinet has brought in Gary Gardiner as its new director of engineering for ANZ.

Gardiner will be tasked with technical leadership and management of Fortinet's sales engineering team across ANZ.

"He will also provide support to our loyal and highly capable channel."

Gardiner joins with 15 years' security industry experience. Most recently he held northern region sales engineering manager for network security software provider, Check Point.
