Inabox has partnered with cloud migration specialist Skykick to deliver a specialised Microsoft Office 365 reseller program for its retail service providers (RSP), to allow them to deploy a pre-packaged Office 365 solution as part of their services offering.
The offering, which Inabox Group is calling 365 Fast Lane, is dubbed as a ‘ready to market product that does not require technical expertise to resell or implement’.
The solution marks Inabox’s first cloud product offering, as its RSPs are typically known for providing wholesale telecommunications products and services. The company says the offering comes on the back of strong interest from its RSP customer base.
Skykick will provide the migration support element of the deal, with Inabox to build out the rest of the Fast Lane 365 offering including pre-sales support and an integration wizard designed to automate the technical aspects of deploying Office 365, from pre-sales to implementation.
Inabox’s RSPs will be supported by customer qualification checks, product scoping and sales training to ensure their offering to customers is end to end and technically sound. RSPs are also expected to be rewarded with greater margins than they would otherwise receive from the sale of standalone Office 365 licences.
Inabox chief executive Damian Kay said he was excited about the launch of the product and the ability to pack in more services for customers.
