Supply chain technology specialist Intermec has appointed Penny Chai to manage its channel marketing program in the Asia Pacific region.
Based in Singapore, Chai will be responsible for developing and delivering a marketing plan supporting Intermec business objectives, including channel demand.
Chai will also help define local product and solution requirements and drive field marketing activities to increase engagement with customers and partners, the company said in a statement.
Chai's previous experience included roles at Texas Instruments, Hewlett-Packard and most recently at Dell B.V.
Intermec creates automated information and data capture (AIDC) and mobile computing systems for the supply chain industry.
