Naverisk, an Auckland based software development company, has launched a web-based IT management platform in Australia.
The vendor is looking to sign up managed service providers and corporate IT teams, said Jon Kalaugher, Naverisk's CEO and founder. Australia is the first step in Naverisk's international expansion.
The platform provides remote management, remote monitoring and asset and inventory control via a web console. It can be run locally or by an on-demand, cloud-based model.
Naverisk says its platform addresses the "show stoppers" suffered by other managed services software platforms: bulk "spare" licence purchases, fixed term contacts, expensive downtime for training, high per device cost and typically a poor return on investment.
Naverisk's product is priced to deliver services at a lower cost than the competition - as little as $1.50 per device per month. It also gives MSPs the ability to generate monthly revenues via client facing sales reports.
"The ability for our clients to not only see the immediate benefits of monitoring "out of the box" but to actually make money off the platform from day one is a major focus for us and several new initiatives for this are under development. This approach has resulted in a very high conversion rate of trials to clients and we expect to see similar demand across Australia," says Kalaugher.
